AI-Driven Concepts
WIX STUDIO — 2025
Over the past year, much of our work on the editor has focused on exploring how AI can introduce new tools, products and experiences into the creation process. As part of this exploration, I developed a series of conceptual sketches that investigate potential directions for AI-driven editorial products.

Inject Content Flow
SKETCH #1
This sketch explores a lightweight flow for bringing AI-powered content injection into one clear, accessible experience.
The goal was to help users starting from a template quickly and personalize it with generated text, images, and theme-level content - so the template could easily reflect their business.
The project was intentionally small and focused: no new features or development, just a better way to surface existing capabilities in a single, coherent flow that turns a generic template into a personalized site, fast.

Scalable Visual Content Through Generative Components
SKETCH #2
This concept sketch explores a vision for ready-made content in a world of generative components and automatically generated panels. Instead of exposing users only to static assets, the catalog is built from pre-generated, editable components that can be brought directly into the editor.
These components serve as flexible starting points that users can adapt to their needs by customizing the panels of the selected component. This approach reframes content consumption as an active part of the creation process, enabling users to shape and evolve the suggested content in context as they build their site.

Asset Generation Flow
SKETCH #3
This sketch explores an early product concept that translates an internal image-generation tool- used by Wix designers to generate images by specific themes or visual styles- into an editor-facing experience for all Wix users. The system relies on a dedicated prompt and a curated set of models to produce controlled, consistent visual results aligned with a clear creative intent.
From an experience perspective, the flow is designed as a single, continuous surface. All key actions- selecting the generation type, uploading reference images, and viewing results- happen within one cohesive interface, with a node-based layout that visually connects each step.

AI-Powered Theme Discovery
SKETCH #4
This sketch proposes a new panel within the Themes experience. The idea is to extract themes from hundreds of Wix Studio templates and surface them as a curated, searchable catalog. On top of this foundation, the catalog can be expanded and evolved using AI-generated themes.
The search experience is designed to be intelligent and context-aware: it identifies themes based on content domains and intent, and surfaces the most relevant themes according to the user’s search terms- going beyond simple keyword matching to understand what the user is actually trying to build.
